The Altar Care Team is composed of a number of service ministries; Coordinator, Altar Care Servers, Flower Team, Laundry, Bread Servers, and Christmas Decorating Team.
The Care and Comfort Team organizes a reception following a funeral if the grieving family requests one.
The Choir meets Thursdays from 1:00 – 2:15 PM and Sundays from 9:00 – 9:15 AM. We sing 2 anthems a month, a combined piece with our church's SPARK Band, a Christmas Cantata, and an Easter Cantata. For more information about joining the choir please contact Jayne or Mickie.
The confirmation class is a 2 year program. In addition to education they also participate in service opportunities throughout the year.
The Troupe combines drama, liturgy, and humor into one engaging worship experience.
The work of congregational deacons includes worship leadership and visiting shut-ins and hospitalized members. They also serve in other areas within the ministry of the church as they feel called to, such as education.
We work to create diveristy, equity, and inclusion at Prince of Peace.
Currently the church is running a capitol campaign to paint the fellowship hall, repair the roof, replace the doors by the fellowship hall entrance, and get a new electronic sign.
This fund was established by Grace in 2004 from bequest monies for the purpose of providing a perpectual supply of monies for both outreach ministry and church facility improvement programs.
Prince of Peace members meet frequently during the warmer weather for fellowship while playing golf.
This group is in charge of maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our kitchen facilities.
This ministry meets for lunch or dinner during Lent in a potluck style.
A small pantry located outside of the church with non-perishable food items for those in need. Additional pantries for pet food and personal hygiene have been added. These pantries were made possible by Jakob Quail and the Grace Endowment Fund.
The church utilizes volunteers in combination with the Financial Secretary and Stweardship Chairman to oversee the worship service offerings.

A non-traditional service based in community, music, and faith building.
Our church's praise band meets once a week to rehearse contemporary hymns and songs. The SPARK Band plays church Anthems, combined pieces with the choir, and provides the music for SPARK services. To join the praise band please contact Mickie.
A group of volunteers who run the church's live stream sunday morning. If you'd like to join the Stream Team please contact Pastor Amber or Mickie.
Sunday School occurs after worship from 11:00-11:45. If you're interested in volunteering to teach Sunday School, or would like to sign your child up for Sunday School, please contact the office.
A group that meets Thursday mornings from 10:00-11:30 to discuss a book on a spiritual topic.
We partner with Christ Community Reformed for Vacation Bible School.
This team helps facilitate visiting shut-ins in our congregation and occasionally makes hospital visits if comfortable.
A women's group that meets in December for the annual Advent Tea get together.
The worship assistants assist with Sunday morning worship as lay leaders. They meet every three months for a discussion of best practices, spiritual growth and tellowship with other lay leaders.
This team meets once a month to keep services running smoothly. Both routine details and new ideas are analyzed and evaluated.
The youth of Prince of Peace engage in the ministry of the church in ways that make use of their gifts and talents. Youth are involved in worship leadership, the contemporary band, assisting with sunday school, in the nursery, church leadership, and more. Together, the youth also work on service projects and enjoy having fun together.
