Personnel (Mark Steele) The Personnel Team oversees all matters relating to the salaried staff at POP. Responsibilities include the support and guidance of each ministry team which requires paid staff. Support includes updating and maintaining job descriptions, identifying qualified candidates to fill vacancies, researching and recommending salaries, addressing staff concerns, and ensuring annual performance evaluations are completed. We have had a very busy year and would love to find others interested in being a part of this team. If you have either experience or an interest in this area, please contact Mark.
