Participation Team (Becca Ehrlich, O. J. Guzman and Carol Larkin) The Participation Team helps members find a ministry where he/she will enjoy serving while growing spiritually. Our approach is to invite people to grow and have fun through service, not to twist arms. Responsibilities include talking with team leaders to determine needs, assisting members to identify their gifts and areas of interest and inviting and matching members to ministries. A resource to help identify gifts is the 3 Colors of Ministry 4 week course. A Participation Team member should be willing to have a broad knowledge of the congregation and its ministries.
