Confirmation Ministry (Pastor Jeff, 371-2226, Ext. 5)The Confirmation ministry affirms 7th and 8th graders as they continue their faith journey towards adulthood. Learning time, fellowship, and service work prepare the young people for their Affirmation of Baptism. The students meet on Wednesday evenings throughout the school year, serve on Sunday mornings as worship and Sunday School assistants, and attend Summer camp and retreats. Opportunities for help and leadership in Confirmation Ministry include Adult leaders for Wednesday evenings, as well as administrative and scheduling responsibilities. Time commitments vary from 2 hours per week for Adult leaders, to 2 hours per month for mailing and record-keeping.
